Refund policy
Our refund policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and select health and personal care items.
For a successful return, a receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory. Kindly refrain from returning your item to the manufacturer.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Refunds are applicable only to regular priced items. Sale items, unfortunately, are non-refundable.
